1. Overview

At Your Next Domain, we strive to provide high-quality domain name suggestions and services. We understand that sometimes you may need to request a refund, and we've created this policy to explain our refund process.

2. Premium Subscription Refunds

For our premium subscription services:

• You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase
• After the 30-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable
• Subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period

3. Winning domain auctions

Domain auctions and buy-it-now are provided through 3rd party marketplaces and auction platforms. As such, Your Next Domain does not have access to domain purchases. We don't even know which auctions you win. Please contact the marketplace for any disputes or refunds for domains purchased.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

• Email us at david@yournextdomain.com with your order details
• Include your account email and the reason for requesting a refund
• We will process eligible refund requests within 5-7 business days
• Your account will be downgraded to the free tier
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase

5. Exceptions

There are certain situations where refunds may not be issued, such as when the request is made after the 30-day period.
